BREATHWORK

Breathing helps you to maximize physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.
it´s ancient techniques to everyday life, to enhance all our internal power.
The technique we use is called Conscious Connected Breathwork, which means that,
during the hour that the session lasts, we will be breathing consciously and connected
(circular). Something that we normally do not do on a daily basis, since we go through
life without paying attention to our breathing.
The act of breathing with this technique causes a physiological change to occur in the
body. By breathing circularly, through the mouth, CO2 levels in the blood drop, the
blood becomes more alkaline, and this reduces the energy of the Neocortex: Our
analytical mind turns off.
So, by lowering the noise of the mind, it gives us direct access to our subconscious
mind. That place that stores all our memories, and allows us to bring unresolved
emotions and wounds to the surface to heal and transform.
Breathwork is a very powerful breathing technique for emotional release. To release
stones from that emotional backpack that we all carry, and thus feel lighter. 
Also to
access altered states of consciousness and reprogram our mind, creating new neural
connections, to gain creativity, focus, empowerment, power of manifestation and create a greater connection with ourselves.
