Form of life of yoga.

Relax, Boost, Awake
In my path of search for inner peace and SIGNIFICANT LIFE I have always been attracted to Personal Development, Emotional Intelligence, the Power of our Thoughts, Health and Well-being, Consciousness, Positive Thinking and Spirituality. Reading, writing, following workshops and courses throughout my life until now, I created my own way of life.
When I met Yoga 10 years ago it was LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT! I was deeply moved without knowing why exactly. More and more I realized that Yoga can satisfy my hunger for physical, mental, energetic and spiritual growth. Yoga gave meaning to my life. Now it became my way of inspiring myself and others with a passion from the inside out.
So it became a “YOGA LIFESTYLE”!
As a yoga teacher with education in Raja Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Prana Vinyasa, I love sharing my passion and experience with you. Those 3 influences inspire my teachings: the yoga philosophy of Raja Yoga with the eightfold path which I believe is the timeless science behind all true religions, the energy systems of Yin Yoga and the flow of nature in the dynamic flow of Prana Vinyasa yoga. .
My main goal is to help you experience how Yoga can RELAX YOU and live in the moment. It can PUSH YOU in with new energy and joy, to feel alive and strong, to be alert and focused. It can WAKE YOU up with new insights and creativity, to connect with your deepest Self and with those of other human beings. Trust in a Bigger Plan. I hope to ignite the flame that burns inside and makes you sprinkle.

I like to inspire how Yoga feeds your body with mindful movement and breath, feeds your mind with beautiful and positive affirmations and feeds your soul with meditation to connect with your own Inner Truth beyond outside influence and education.

Living consciously in the beauty of what is.

In my studio in Antwerp, Belgium, I mainly teach YIN YANG YOGA to balance our lives. Yin Yoga is a discipline that provides deep relaxation of the muscles and connective tissue, increases circulation in the joints and improves flexibility. The Yang part exists of active asana and active Vinyasa flow for stability and core strength. My students tell me that they feel more relaxed, stronger, and experience more space in their body and mind after class.

During the weekly and weekend retreats that I host in beautiful settings, I like to offer you the opportunity to disconnect from your daily routine and responsibilities with delicious healthy food and mindful care for your body, mind and soul. To return home completely relaxed and recharged in harmony with yourself, your relationships and the world around you.

My favorite quote:

“What if I fall? Oh, but darling, what if you fly!”
